JSM High School Winter Camp - The Amazing Race!

This afternoon was our biggest team challenge of the weekend - The Amazing Race! 

Check out our teams before we got started!

Cup Stack Relay – Each student on the team must stack & unstack the cups based on a predetermined pattern & design!

Spell My Feet – With letters written on the bottoms of their feet the team must work together to spell certain words & phrases!

Life-Size Puzzle – The team must work together to put this oversized puzzle together!

Pass the Potato – While blindfolded the students must determine the chronological order of their birthdays and pass the potato from person to person in that order!

Minesweeper – Without talking the team must figure out the correct order of 20 steps to get everyone from one side of the grid to the other!

Horseshoe Blow – Working in pairs the students have to blow ping pong ball from one end of the table to the other and into the horseshoe!

  

Cardboard Tennis – Partners must volley a ping pong ball back and forth using cardboard “paddles” and move from one point to another without dropping their ball!

Yardzee – Just like Yatzee but with oversized dice!

Untangled – Always the final challenge in The Amazing Race! The team must pass the knot around the circle untying it 5 seconds at a time!

Once all 9 challenges have been completed the team races to the finish line!!

We've just been hanging out enjoying the cloudy/cool afternoon because we know the rain might keep us inside tomorrow!
